School Fees Rules

Fees once paid will not be refunded.
U.K.G to X School Fee will be collected in four installments in the bank.
L.K.G. fee will be collected in three installments in the bank.
A child will be struck off the rolls if dues remain unpaid beyond one installment and a re-admission, if granted will only be when all previous dues are cleared.
The fee book is to be presented in the bank while making payment. If lost, Rs. 10 will be charged for duplicate.
Transfer Certificate : Rs. 50/- will be charged.
Payment Hours : 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the given date at Canara Bank, Dalhousie Road, Pathankot.
If 10^th of the month is a bank holiday the fee will be collected on the next working day.
All fees should be deposited by the 10^th of the month as mentioned above. After this between 8^th to 10^th of the next month with a fine of Rs. 50/-. Thereafter fees will be accepted with the next installment only with a fine of Rs. 150/- between 1^st and 10^th of the next quarter. That too with the specific permission from the Principal only.
Parents are requested to fill in the fee challan carefully-- the correct name, class section and amount. You are free to pay the fee for more than one quarter at a time.
4^th installment will not be accepted after 10^th January. Whose dues remain unpaid after 10^th January will not be permitted to appear in the final exam.
